On October 7 and 8, Florence will host a weekend of art and beauty with the International Ceramics Fair
During the first weekend of October, Florence becomes a magical setting for two days full of art and craftsmanship. The splendid International Ceramics Fair, now in its 24th edition, will take place as usual, attracting ceramic artists from all over the world and offering workshops, laboratories, and activities for children, as well as food and wine stands with traditional products.

Our guests will have the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the enchanting atmosphere of the Florence Ceramics Fair, one of the most important international events celebrating this ancient art. There will be more than 90 ceramists (from both Italy and abroad) exhibiting their latest creations with a wide range of ceramic techniques ranging from grès to porcelain, and from majolica to lusterware.
In the stunning setting of Piazza Santa Croce, each ceramicist will illustrate the ceramic techniques they use in their work which, combined with artistic and cultural inspiration, allows them to create unique pieces: everyday objects, pieces of furniture, jewelry, sculptures, and accessories in an extraordinary variety of shapes and colors that mix tradition and modernity, technique and culture.
