Maggio Musicale 2023 has begun!

The 2023 Maggio Musicale Fiorentino has begun, Italy’s oldest and most prestigious music festival, now in its 85th edition.
Concerts with internationally renowned performers and orchestra conductors, operas with innovative stagings, and a touch of rock, all are scheduled for the 2023 Maggio Musicale Fiorentino. The operas and concerts will continue until 8 July, starring the Orchestra del Maggio, as always.
The performances will take their usual place on stage at the Auditorium of the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino in Florence, easily reached from Residence Hilda thanks to the tramway and public buses that travel to the theater with stops very close to the apartments.

- La Historia de Carmen, Georges Bizet, conductor Giuseppe La Malfa, Italian Youth Orchestra. From 1 to 7 June.
- Falstaff, Giuseppe Verdi. Conductor Daniele Gatti, Orchestra and Choir of the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino. From 16 to 23 June.
